Tonic to calm nerves:

  • 1oz (25gm) hops
  • 1oz (25gm) lavender flower
  • 1oz (25gm) palm leaves
  • 1oz (25gm) primrose

Instructions:
Add 1 teaspoonful of the mixture to 1/2 cup of boiling water. Take twice daily without sugar.
